For hygiene reasons, we will not accept refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind' purchases so please choose carefully.
Due to the fragile nature of clay earrings, customers need to take extra care when handling, storing and transporting their earrings.
If goods arrive faulty (eg. backs have fallen off or clay is cracked) a full refund will be issued. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of receiving your order in order for the refund to be processed. If goods break after wearing, refunds will not be issued.
If an item is required to be returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please be aware that items in your cart will not be secured until payment has been processed.
Your privacy is important to us. The collection of your information will only be used to process your order, respond to your enquiries, or for tax/accounting purposes (if required).
We ship all orders through Australia Post.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your purchase to be processed.
If shipping internationally, you will have the option to purchase tracking on your order. All orders are processed in Australian Dollars.
